MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
LBP Family Beginnings…
Have you ever wondered how did they begin in the industry? Well LBP members give you a glimpse of how they began in the industry.
The following sets of questions were asked to each LBP team member:
What made you want to be in this industry?
How did you begin in the industry?
What were some of the hardest obstacles that you had to overcome in this industry?
Going Offshore
Since my arrival in Houston, and being exposed to the oil industry, I have always wanted to have the opportunity to work at an offshore rig. Our recent project for Hercules Offshore Drilling allowed me that opportunity. The project called for a medium length story based video that shows the pressures that an offshore worker and his family go through while offshore and how a distraction can lead to an incident that can dramatically change their life.
Fourth Down and Long!
The idea seemed simple enough. Fiesta Mart, a regional supermarket chain, wanted a seasonal TV commercial series that connected the store to the idea of Football (with a capital F) and fall (like the season).
Heading Back to Class
Every year moms and their kids prepare for back to school. Students want to make certain they have the new uniforms and backpacks for the upcoming semester and moms want the best deal. Houston based client, Fiesta Mart, needed a uniform and backpack commercial that did both. With the deadline shadowing the project, creative service Ellis Creative Group and LBP lept in to action.
Ever Wonder...
… what we do with our free time?
There are a lot of dedicated members of the Locke Bryan Productions team who work hard daily to produce the exceptional work that goes out our door. But, as the saying goes, “All work and no play…”. Each staff member here has their own hobbies that make their personal time special.
Staying on Schedule for Fiesta Mart
There are many things that have to come together to produce a TV commercial and each part is important. One small mistake, one missing piece can take down a whole day of work and put you into overtime (especially when you are dealing with special locations and celebrity talent). You usually have a pre-determined amount of time to get it done and in my mind, good pre-production and a realistic schedule are key to making any production happen, and finish on time.
